About the event
Are you looking for a fun and exciting activity to do? Look no further! Join our vintage silver spoon ring-making class.
This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill, make a unique piece of jewelry, and have a blast with friends. I’ll provide all the necessary supplies, including silver spoons, tools, and instructions.
No experience is necessary, so everyone is welcome. Just come ready to learn and have some fun.
Here’s what to expect:
We’ll start by choosing our silver spoon handles. I’ll have a variety of different patterns and styles to choose from.
Once we have our spoons we will use a variety of tools to make them into our rings. We can stamp them with designs, hammer to give texture, or simply leave them plain.
Finally, we’ll polish our rings to a beautiful shine.
By the end of the class, you’ll have a unique and stylish silver spoon ring that you can cherish for years to come.
This will be taught at 11:30 and again at 1pm.
$55/person. Class is taught at Renewed Vintage Market located at 53 E Main St in American Fork.
Call/text 801-686-5351 for more information.
This class will be taught by Rene Venegas, a 16th generation silversmith. His family was one of the first to arrive from Spain to the Americas. His ancestor, Felipe Venegas, was the silversmith for the early cathedrals in the Dominican Republic and stamped the first European coins in the New World.
No refunds for canceling 7 days before class begins.
